The Empowerment Programme
- Pre Programme – Prior to our first workshop you will work through my ‘Visions, goals and aspirations’ workbook along with tailored pre-work to prepare you for our coaching programme
- Workshop one – You and your business –We will work together to understand the parameters in which you’re willing and able to work and create the foundations for a business which truly works with your values and life priorities.
- Workshop two – Your vision of success – I will help you articulate and visualise your purpose and measurable vision of success for your business.
- Workshop three – Branding – We will articulate your brand purpose, values, personality and identity and understand where you fit in your competitive landscape.
- Workshop four – Client Attraction – We will define your niche, highlight your target market, ideal customer profile, their needs and where to find them.
- Workshop five– Defining your offerings – We will productise, price and position your service offerings to meet the needs of your ideal customer.
- Workshop six – Marketing strategy – We will work through traditional and digital marketing channels highlighting those most effective to attract your ideal customer.
- Post Programme – Following the conclusion of the programme we will take the time to review, reflect and celebrate your successes.
Throughout the programme we will define goals and an action plan which will ensure you are focused, confident and motivated to continue on the journey to your vision of success.

- I have capacity to work with a limited number of clients at any one time so before you commit it is essential we have an initial call to confirm we’re a good fit to work together.
- Following our call, if the chemistry is there, we’ll schedule our first workshop and you’ll have pre-programme workbook to get you focused on our programme and set us up for success.
- We will then hold six further 90 minute 1-2-1 workshops over the course of 12 weeks working through the programme outlined above.
- Following the conclusion of the programme, there will be a post programme call, to review, reflect and celebrate your successes and an opportunity to discuss future work together.
- I will provide you with homework and resources to complete within and between workshops.
- I will be there to support you and keep you accountable throughout the programme and between workshops.
